Well it's about time! Finally, an organization has formed in Chicago that wants to be an advocate for artisanal manufacturing in the city. It's called, appropriately, "SMALL" (The Small Manufacturing Alliance) and they are kicking things off during Versionfest by creating an exhibition of locally made products. Strand Design is very happy to be participating.
The SMALL Showroom will take place at the Co-Prosperity Sphere located at 3219 S Morgan Street in Chicago, and will be open for the entire month of May. Think of it as the People’s Macy’s.
