The Fourneau Bread Oven is a cast iron bakeware tool for home bakers. Launched on Kickstarter in 2017, the Fourneau 2.0 was the next step in the evolution of the Fourneau break baking system.
Designed to be used with trays rather than a break peel, the Fourneau 2.0 focused on optimizing "through-put," helping home-bakers increase their volume and speed.
