Shop Policies

Shipping & Delivery:
We do not ship tables or desks out of the Chicagoland area at this time. We offer delivery within twenty miles of the 60607 zip code. If you would like to have your purchase delivered to you, it will involve a $200 delivery charge. Delivery of desks and tables includes assembly.

Returns & Exchanges:
We honor exchanges on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order.

Damaged Orders:
If an item is damaged during shipping, report the damage to Strand Design within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item in the event that UPS needs to pick up the box for inspection. Strand Design will issue you a replacement as soon as it is available.
